Warm cinnamon and nectarine crumble

Topping
  • 1 cup Bakpro Cake Flour

  • 1 cup Oats

  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon

  • ½ cup Sugar King Brown Sugar

  • 120g Unsalted Butter

 

Filling
  • 5 Nectarines, cored and cubed

  • 1 Lemon, juiced

  • ¼ cup Sugar King Brown Sugar

  • 2 tbsp Bakpro Cake Flour

  • ½ tsp Cinnamon

  1. Preheat the oven to 170 0C
  2. Mix the filling ingredients in a bowl and place in ramekins or an oven proof dish.
  3. Mix the topping ingredients in a food processor or by hand until it resembles breadcrumbs.
  4. Spoon a layer of crumble topping on the nectarine mixture and bake for 40 minutes until golden.
  5. Serve with ice cream or cream.
