125ml Sugar King Brown Sugar
625ml Bakpro Cake Flour
5ml Bicarbonate of Soda
15ml Ground Ginger
40ml Golden Syrup
- Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy, add egg and beat well.
- Gradually add sifted dry ingredients and syrup.
- Mix well and knead lightly.
- Divide into 6 portions and roll each until about 3mm thick.
- Cut into gingerbread figures.
- Bake for 10 minutes at 180 0
- Cool on trays.
